Return Policy

We offer 14 days return option! With 01elements we strive to offer our customers the highest quality shower filters that meet their expectations in the field of performance and sustainability. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs or expectations, and we want the return process to run as smoothly as possible.

We have a return policy of 100 days, which means that you have the time to request a return 100 days after receiving your item, even if you used it!

Suitability for returns:
To be eligible for a return, the shower filter must be in its original condition, with all parts complete.

How to request a return:
To request a return, contact our customer service team via info@01-elements.com. Provide your order number and a brief explanation about the reason for the return or how we can improve our products.

Return shipment:
Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipment, unless the return is the result of an error on our part or if the product is defective or the wrong item is. Keep in mind that shipping delays by customs settlements that are outside of our control are not valid reasons for applying for a return.

 

In the event that your package has been damaged, defective or incorrectly, we will cover the costs for return shipping. You will receive a voucher code that you can use during the return process. For other reasons for return, which are not specified above, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable method to return the item.


Reimbursement process:
As soon as we have received and inspected you returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your repayment.

If approved, the reimbursement will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Reimbursements can take extra time to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange:
If you want to exchange your shower filter for another model, indicate this when applying for the return. Exchange is subject to product availability.

Non-retractable items:
Custom or personalized shower filters are not returnable.

Defective or damaged items:
If you receive a defect or damaged product, contact our customer service team immediately. We provide instructions on how you can return the item and arrange a replacement product or refund.

Cancellation policy:
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Contact our customer service team to cancel your order.
